A Brief Introduction
Youth In Need is a project that will work towards improving the lives of young people affected by poverty in the Arusha region of Tanzania.
The project will be based in the district of Monduli, approx. 40km from Arusha.
In Tanzania, the project will focus upon the needs of both homeless street youth and children from the Maasai community.
Our aim is to create a vocational, training centre to offer them:
- protection
- accommodation
- education
- health care
- counselling
- vocational training
And so enable these young people to learn the skills they need and offer them a chance of a better life.
