We are an enthusiastic branch with a full calendar of activity, personal support and fundraising.

Our branch covers the Borough of Woking and surrounding districts such as Byfleet, West Byfleet , Chertsey , Ottershaw, Walton, Weybridge, West End , Chobham, Runnymede and Addlestone. Our membership currently stands at over 200.

A recent consultation programme is providing the stimulus for additional services, self-help groups and networking.

We Provide The Following Services

•  Bi-Monthly Newsletter (MiScellany).
•  Open meetings on Sunday afternoons - about 4 per year (dates available).
•  Local Networks, including coffee mornings
•  Support and encouragement for people with MS and carers.
•  Hydrotherapy sessions every Monday at Unsted Park Rehabilitation Hospital , Godalming.
•  Reflexology appointments by arrangements
•  Physiopherapy appointments by arrangements
•  Keep-fit appointments by arrangements
•  Acupunture appointments by arrangements
•  Contact Team will keep in telephone contact and arrange home visits on request.
•  Assistance, where appropriate, with holidays and equipment purchase.
•  Transport to and from Holiday/Respite Homes and to Branch functions and outings.
•  Two adapted vehicles for use by members and their carers.
•  A large stock of disability aids (wheelchairs etc).
•  Advice and Guidance on grants, benefits, allowances, aids etc.
•  Information booklets on symptom management published by the MS Society.
•  Lobbying for better statutory services.
•  Contributions towards MS research
