potential through challenging outdoor experiences".


For over 61 years The Outward Bound Trust has influenced the lives of more
than a million young people. Through safe adventure experiences on mountains
and sea, rivers and lakes, young people develop their potential to take on
new challenges, work in harmony with others and solve problems for
themselves.

Under the Patronage of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh KG, KT and chaired by HRH
The Duke of York KCVO, ADC we work with the mentally and physically
disabled, those who have problems with drugs and alcohol, young offenders
and those who are economically disadvantaged.  No one is excluded.  Outward
Bound® has influenced the lives of over 1 million people, helping them
develop the confidence to take on whatever life sends their way.
