Bowel Cancer is the second most common cause of cancer death in the UK affecting both men and women equally. Every year 35,000 people are diagnosed with the disease and 16,000 of this number will die. However, if diagnosed early, bowel cancer is highly treatable.

Providing people with the information needed to spot early symptoms and encouraging them to take prompt action could save thousands of lives each year.

Colon Cancer Concern (CCC) is at the forefront of providing support to people with bowel cancer, their family, friends and carers. One way we do this is through our Infoline on 08708 50 60 50 , which is the only specialist bowel cancer advice service in the UK , and is staffed by our team of nurse specialists.

As a voluntary organization, CCC relies greatly on public support to help fund our Information, Awareness, Education and Campaigning Programmes.

Could you help make a difference?
A tandem parachute jump in aid of CCC is a very exciting way of supporting our work.

We have produced a Fundraising Pack crammed full of ideas, useful tips and guidance to help you fundraise to help support the work of Colon Cancer Concern. For your copy please contact Terry Swan on 020 7381 9711 or e-mail terry@coloncancer.org.uk
